Stressing upon the importance of Chinese equipment in development and upgradation of CDMA network, Tata Teleservices Ltd (TTSL) wrote a letter to the government saying that without Chinese equipment, upgrading from 2G to 3G network will call for an excess expenditure of thousands of crores of rupees.
