AstraZeneca takes Sun Pharma to court

AstraZeneca, UK’s second-biggest drug maker, has dragged Sun Pharmaceuticals to court in a bid to prevent the Indian company from selling a generic form of the ulcer medicine Nexium IV in the US before 2014.
